We purchased a new to us vehicle from North Bend Chevrolet. Sierra did a wonderful job of thoroughly reviewing the car and promptly sending me photos that I requested as we were driving over an hour to come see the car in person. We had a poor experience at a different dealership and it was so refreshing to see the difference here! Sierra was professional, thorough, knowledgeable and great to work with. We appreciated Jeff's straight forward negotiation and truly felt that they cared about us and the vehicle we were leaving with. They sent us home with a full tank of gas. Like a 21st century car buyer, I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted, but we realized that the ordering window had already closed, so the folks helped me locate one that was scheduled to be built, and commandeered the order for me. They kept me informed throughout the vehicle's journey from factory to showroom floor. They know their car aficionados, and were willing to accommodate my special requests on how I wanted the car delivered - I've had many experiences where dealers drill the front bumper even though I told them not to. The entire experience was very positive.
