Some new Chevy cars, trucks, and SUVs come with built-in HomeLink®. What is HomeLink®? It’s a wireless control system that allows you to:

How to Program HomeLink®

Programming HomeLink® is quick and easy. You can do it right in your garage in Bellevue! Just follow these steps to connect HomeLink® to your garage door opener: 

1. Find the HomeLink® unit above the center console. It will have 3 buttons. 
2. Press and hold down the first and third buttons until the interior lights of your car begin to flash. Usually, this takes about 20 seconds. This is the master reset. Don’t do it when subsequently adding other devices. 
3. When the ceiling lights begin to flash, choose the button you want to program and press it while simultaneously holding the open/close button on your garage door opener. If it works, the lights will go from a slow to rapid flash. This indicates that the programming is complete.
4. Now, leave your car and go into your garage. 
5. Press the “learn” button on your garage door opener.
6. Return to your Chevy and press the programmed button on your car for at least two seconds. The lights on your garage door opener may flash to indicate that HomeLink® is connecting.
